		EVAHEART Blood Pump Investigational device implanted to produce blood flow. It is made of titanium and is about the size of a tennis ball.
		Controller The Controller operates and controls the EVAHEART Blood Pump.
		Controller Display Panel The top portion of the Controller that shows status information about the Controller and the batteries. The display panel also shows Alarm indicators and Event codes.
		Emergency Controller Back up controller, to be used in an emergency if Controller fails.
		External Battery One of two ways to supply power to the EVAHEART LVAS.
		AC/DC Adapter One of two ways to supply power to the EVAHEART LVAS. The Adapter provides power to the Controller from a grounded AC outlet.
		Battery Charger Component to recharge External Batteries.
		Carrying Bag Bag to hold the EVAHEART LVAS components.
		Outer Belt A belt worn by patients with the EVAHEART LVAS. The Outer Belt keeps the Driveline close to the body and helps to reduce the chance of accidentally pulling on the Driveline.
